This package includes:

1 x 55″ High-Bright Window Facing Display – Samsung OM55B Digital signage package fully installed.

The Scope of work is as follows:

Supply and install 1 x 55″ High-Bright Window Facing Display – Samsung OM55B in Landscape or portrait configuration.

  • Supply and install 1 x Samsung OM55B
  • Supply and install 1 floor mounting stand/bracket
  • Supply and install 1 x 1 Year Fusion Signage CRM software licences.
  • Register and activate Fusion Signage CRM software licences.
  • Connect hardware to existing power points.
  • Connect hardware to existing Data points or Wifi (Hardwired data points are recommended)
  • Program screens to Auto ON/OFF 1.5 hours outside of current business hours.
  • Align screen.
  • Test and commission.
  • Ensure all cables are out of site.
  • Tidy site

Installation

Professional and experienced installations team of 2 people will:

  • Mount and align floor mounting Stand/bracket.
  • Attach the Mounts to and hang the screens
  • Alignment the display/s.
  • Connect the screen/s to existing power and data points ( or Wifi)
  • Load the Fusion Signage CMS onto each screen. (Power and Data by others unless the option is selected)
  • Activate the CMS
  • Load content (Content by others unless the option is selected)
  • Tidy cables and make sure they can not be seen.
  • Check system is all operational.

Project Management 

Our experienced Project Management personnel will coordinate:

  • System Design
  • Stock procurement
  • Labour
  • Documentation
  • Installation

Standard Assumptions, Terms, and Conditions of Sale.

Signature Digital Signage has assumed the following in this solution listing:

  • Projects will not commence until payment is received in full by Signature Digital Signage
  • Installation is within a metro city in Australia.
  • Installation is on sturdy floor surface.
  • Price does not include reinforcing of any surface. If required, this will be additional cost.
  • Price does not include Power and Data. If required, this will be additional cost.
  • Power and data must be completed and operational prior to technicians attending site. The client accepts that if the site is not ready for installation when the technician arrives a variation fee of $350 ex GST will be charged for the technical to re-attend site when the site is ready.
  • Data must be cabled back to modem, fitted off, and terminated and internet must be operational.  (we can use Wifi but wired data is always more reliable. Signature Digital Signage will charge a call out fee if we are called to site for WiFi/internet issues.)
  • GPO’s must be low-profile
  • Price does not include after-hours works or onsite inductions
  • Any additional works that need to be completed on site may be subject to a price variation and will be quoted as such.
  • The first year subscription to Fusion Signage is included in the quotation. The ongoing Annual fee is $170 ex gst, per player (or screen), per year.
  • If paid and the project doe not proceed for reasons relating to the client a 20% restocking fee will apply, and at the discretion of Signature Digital Signage.
  • Finance is provided by Finance @ Work and is subject to their terms and conditions and approval process. Please contact us for more information.
  • I finance is not approved a refund of the deposit will be given.
  • A refund of the deposit will not be given for change of mind.

By accepting this quotation, the buyer agrees to the above listed Assumptions, Terms, and Conditions. If there the buyer has any concerns regarding the above Assumptions, Terms, and Conditions please discuss it with us so that we can come to an agreement.
